Items that are needed during the loan process are below:
  • Most recent 30 days pay stub with YTD totals.
  • Most recent 2 months bank statements on all accounts listed (all pages), PDF format
  • Quarterly 401k / retirement statement.
  • If employed: two years W2s for FHA/VA Loans, one year for conventional.
  • If self employed: 2 year of Federal tax returns with all schedules, If you own 25% or more of a company, business returns required, including K-1 if applicable and YTD P&L.
  • Copy of valid photo ID.
