Welcome to your secure document management system.

Items that are needed during the loan process are below:
  • Most recent pay stubs covering a 30 day period.
  • Employed Borrowers: most recent 2 years W-2s.
  • Self-Employed Borrowers: most recent 2 years of personal and business tax returns with all pages & schedules.
  • Most recent 2 months bank statements for checking, savings, money market etc. Please include all numbered pages even if blank.
  • Most recent 2 months 401k/retirement statements (all numbered pages are needed even if blank).
  • Copy of unexpired government issued photo ID.
  • If Applicable: Copy of divorce documentation, to include both Final Dissolution of Marriage and Marital Settlement Agreement.
  • If Applicable: Mortgage statement(s) for all property(ies) owned and property insurance declarations policy page.
  • If Applicable: Any documentation pertaining to prior bankruptcy(ies) in the last 7 years.
  • Please Note: Additional documents may be required upon review.
