  • Most recent 2 months bank statements on all accounts listed (all pages).
  • Quarterly 401k / retirement statement.
  • 2 years W2s. (2017 and 2018)
  • 2 year of tax returns with all schedules (2017 and 2018)
  • Copy of earnest money contract (if applicable).
  • SSN and Drivers License
  • Executed Contract (If Available)
  • Child Support Orders or Divorce Decree (If applicable)
  • 1099s If available
