Items that are needed during the loan process are below:
  • 2018 and 2017 Tax Returns (all schedules)
  • 2018 and 2017 W-2 Forms
  • 4 Consecutive Weeks Pay Stubs
  • 2 Consecutive Months of Bank Statements from the Account you will use for Down Payment / Closing Costs (please include all pages, even if some are blank)
  • Copy of Valid Photo ID.
  • Contact Information for your Homeowners Insurance Company (policy must be for replacement cost)
