  • Most recent 30 days pay stubs. For fixed or other incomes please provide most recent award letters or documentation to support income.
  • Most recent 2 years W2s / 1099s & Federal Tax Returns (All schedules).
  • Most recent 401k / Stock / Bond / IRA statements (All pages even blank pages).
  • DOCUMENTATION STANDARDS DO NOT ACCEPT: Pictures, Illegible or Incomplete documentation missing pages
  • Most recent 30 days pay stubs.
  • Most recent 2 months bank statements on all accounts listed (all pages).
  • Quarterly 401k / retirement statement.
  • If employed: two years W2s
  • If self employed: 2 year of tax returns with all schedules.
  • Copy of earnest money contract (if applicable).
  • Copy of valid photo ID.
