Welcome to your secure document management system.

Items that are needed during the loan process are below:
  • Paystubs covering the most recent 30-day period
  • Most recent 60-days of bank statements on all accounts listed. All pages each statement.
  • Most recent 401k / IRA / retirement statement.
  • Most recent 2 years of Federal tax returns with all pages & schedules.
  • If self-employed: Most recent 2 years of Federal tax returns for the business
  • For all properties currently owned: recent bills for mortgage, taxes and homeowners insurance
  • For a purchase loan: P&S or accepted offer to purchase and copy of deposit check(s)
  • Proof of Identity (Valid picture ID such as drivers license or passport AND copy of Social Security Card)
  • For a VA loan: Certificate of Eligibility or DD214
  • If not a US Citizen provide proof of legal residency in US (copy of Visa/Work permit and/or Permanent Resident Alien Card)
