Welcome to your secure document management system.

Items that are needed during the loan process are below:
  • Most recent 30 days pay stubs.
  • Most recent 2 months bank statements on all accounts listed (all pages).
  • Quarterly 401k / retirement statement.
  • If employed: two years W2s.
  • If self employed: 2 year of tax returns with all schedules.
  • Copy of earnest money contract (if applicable).
  • Copy of valid photo ID.
  • Copy of monthly mortgage statement for any other property owned (if there is a mortgage)
  • Copy of annual property taxes, insurance and HOA (if any) on any other property owned
