Adding An Assistant Account in PreApp 1003 – HOW TO GUIDE

Follow along with this step-by-step guide on how to Add An Assistant Account using the New PreApp 1003 System Layout.

  1. Click the GEAR ICON on your dashboard and select POS SETTINGS.
  2. Select ASSISTANT ACCOUNTS from the NAVIGATION MENU.
  3.  Click the ADD ASSISTANT button to open the ASSISTANT INFO window.
  4. Save the Assistant Info. 5. The newly added assistant will receive an email containing the link they need to follow in order to set up their login credentials.
