PreApp 1003 Cancellation Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with our service!

Cancellation requests must be sent to support@preapp1003.com. All cancellation request fulfillments will be confirmed personally by a member of the PreApp 1003 Customer Support Team within one business day.

Upon purchase you agree to the monthly subscription charge associated with your purchased product/service. This fee will be billed every month on same day you signed up. Any PreApp 1003 subscription may be cancelled at any time with a cancellation request sent to support@preapp1003.com. In order to cancel and avoid the next scheduled charge, a cancellation request must be sent to support@preapp1003.com within 7 days of the scheduled upcoming charge.

Account Reactivation

Requests to reactivate a cancelled account will not incur a reactivation fee if made within 15 days of the cancellation request. Requests to reactivate a cancelled account may incur a reactivation fee if made later than 15 days after the cancellation request. Requests to reactivate a cancelled account must be sent to support@preap1003.com. 

Annual Accounts

If you agreed to and paid for an annual subscription, but are not satisfied with your service, you have 30 days from the purchase date to request and receive a 10-month refund. Cancellation requests made after 30 days of purchase will not incur a refund. Annual accounts may be cancelled at any time with a cancellation request sent to support@preapp1003.com.
