TECHNICAL SUPPORT NOTE:

Do to the architecture of “PreApp 1003” there have been some issues with different browsers. Adobe flash (Shock-wave Player) is used to generate and download the PDF and Excel file. Flash is usually enabled by default though in some cases it may be disabled. If you have issues when you search your applications follow the troubleshooting tips below.

To update flash player or to check and see if you need a flash update follow links below.

To see if it is installed or outdated click on this link:
http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/
This will show you what adobe version you have. If you have none it will display an error on page. If so follow link below.
