Add or Edit Company Settings

Corporate account settings serve as the centralized platform for enabling diverse Loan Originator (LO) permissions, specifying application parameters tailored to corporate needs, managing notifications, and configuring corporate credentials. Within these settings, administrators can seamlessly customize access levels for Loan Originators, ensuring the appropriate permissions are granted. Additionally, users can define application specifications unique to the corporate context, set up notification preferences, and manage essential corporate credentials.

  • LO Permissions:
    • Verbal Authorization to pull credit
    • Create Conditional approval or qualification letters
    • Borrower’s toolbox
    • HELOC option on applications
    • Pull credit and send fee sheets
    • Download Fannie Mae Files
  • Corporate Credentials
    • MGIC Master Policy Number
    • Corporate Fannie Mae DO Credentials
    • Corporate Freddie Mac System to System Credentials
  • LE Page 3 Default Settings: Customize corporate assumptions, late payment and servicing settings.

*Corporate Admin only may add, edit or remove Corporate Settings.

Gear Icon (top right) > System Settings > Branding/Settings (left menu) > Scroll down > “Update” to save
